Graco's consumer service center has no clue to the report and what Graco inc. has concluded about the FOE report. I have tried to reach the company in Exton with no avail. Even if Graco is as they state in their official position complying to gov't rules and regs. They should still consider taking the fire retardant out of their products or at least have a few that are all natural to meet the needs of parents in other states than ones with the TB117 law as California. I will not be buying any products of Graco until this issue is resolved and they take a proactive stance with fire retardants and not wait for the long bureaucratic process for them to be taken out of children's products.
