Although I've never intentionally pushed the princess thing and I can't recall the last time I got a professional manicure or pedicure...we're talking YEARS... and my oldest daughter plays soccer, she just started taking a ballet princess class and was so excited about it. She also now has a hot pink glitter Barbie makeup case, a drawer full of play bling bling, and loves her lip glosss. Sigh... ;) Color me guilty (pink in this case.) I fought the princess thing for so long. I insisted that people not buy pink for my baby shower, and nothing with princesses on it. Cordy has yet to like anything princess. She's a little too rough and tumble for that, but the nickname "warrior princess" has stuck. I guess with "warrior" in front of it, it's not so bad.
