Don't think we'll ever be talking on the phone - The few times I've called Graco Customer Service I think the rep on the end of the line was stunned to hear me tell them "Thank You, Thank You - I LOVE YOU!" It's true, I LOVE Graco's products and their reps - so pleasant and so knowledgeable. Keep up the good work over there.
