We have a fun (and extremely productive I might add) Global meeting that we conduct twice a year. It is our Global Category Review – where we discuss Innovation Road Maps for all of our product categories around the world. At this meeting we highlight a team that has delivered incredible product innovation over the last year.
And the highly coveted award is called the Golden Rattle Award.
Of course, it’s obvious what the AWARD memorabilia is…a rattle (silver, not gold) but more importantly it’s the honor of saying; “Yes, I’m a Golden Rattle Winner”.
The most recent Golden Rattle Award Winner is our Pack ‘n Play Newborn Napper Team.
