Now, one may think that I am referring to dreaming that I am pregnant. But, I am not. My husband is done (and he tells anyone with ears that he is done if anyone dares mentions having a third baby)!
I am actually referring to the vivid dreams that a lot of women have when they are pregnant. I tend to always have super detailed dreams, pregnant or not. But, while I was pregnant, I had a lot of dreams about the gender of my baby & when she was going to be born.
While I was pregnant with PP (and before I knew her gender), I dreamt that I was sitting in the back of the car with a little girl & my mom was driving the car. The little girl was yelling to my mom, “Grandmom, I’m hungry. My mommy doesn’t feed me.” Now, I am not sure if my dream was reflecting the fact that I can’t/don’t cook or that my mom is a really good cook & I am not, but it was definitely strange.
Another dream I had was a birth date dream. By this time, I knew I was having a girl, but my due date kept changing. In my dream, I was at the hospital and went to another floor and my grandparents were both there (both are deceased). In my dream, I told them that I was having the baby that day. I asked my grandfather, (who in real life did not speak English but did in my dreams) what day it was. He said, “Wednesday”. I asked him if he was sure it was Wednesday and not Thursday. He replied, “Wednesday.” Three months later, I gave birth to PP at 11:23 PM on a Wednesday (almost Thursday). 
My mom also had these types of dreams when she was pregnant with my sister and me. Back then, they didn’t really offer gender ultrasounds so with both of her pregnancies, she did not know what she was having. Both times, she had dreams with my grandfather in them, telling her the gender of the baby and actual birth dates. He said that she was having a girl and handed her eight coins (I was born on November 8, on my actual due date). So I guess you can say that this runs in the family.

I have been have the craziest dreams EVER! Some good, some bad. I did dream that I was having a boy! It was weird, for some reason my husband wasn’t at the ultrasound with me. When I got home I was teasing him that I wouldn’t tell him if it was a boy or girl, which is even crazier b/c I can’t keep a secret for the life of me! I woke up from the dream and woke DH up immediately yelling- its a boy, its a boy!
Another strange thing- all of my dreams have taken place in my old bedroom at the my parents house- like me, DH and two dogs all live there.
I had another dream while i was pregnant with Pinkie Pie that i had to deliver the baby by myself & that it was a boy (that was my only boy dream). are you finding out the gender?
