Well, it’s Day 5 – our FINAL day of Graco’s Get One Give One program this holiday season! We love to give back and we know you do too – so here’s a simple way to do something good for someone else AND get something free for yourself:
Comment at the bottom of this post to tell us about a person or organization that you think is deserving of the product we’re featuring today and why. We’ll select one of your comments at random and both you and your nominee could win that day’s prize! Here’s some more information on Graco Get One Give One and how to participate.
Now, for today’s prize!
The Graco Highback TurboBooster Car Seat in the chic Zurich fashion is today’s prize, available at Walmart, Target, Babies R’ Us, and Amazon.com. Our Top Rated booster seat fits your “big kid” from 3-10 years old, 30-100 lbs and 38″ to 57″ tall.
This is one of the most popular seats among children and parents. The car seat’s cool perks such as the hide-away cup holders, height-adjustable head support, and height-adjustable armrests are a big hit with the kids. Parents, however, love the TurboBooster’s safety ratings. It has EPS, energy absorbing foam, and open loop belt guides to help ensure proper seat belt positioning. And when needed, it easily converts to backless booster, giving you years of use.
Kids should stay in a booster seat longer than most people might think. Here’s a good guide from SafeKids.org on how to know when your child is ready to graduate from his booster seat.
We can’t wait to hear your stories. Come back tomorrow for another chance to win and give!
* Entries are now closed – thanks to everyone who participated. The winner is Andrea! Andrea, Graco will be in touch shortly to get you your prize!

I would really be able to use this, since I am having my fourth child and have to make room for the other kids carseats as well, I would like for the other one to go to another person in need, hopefully someone on here too.
I would donate both seats to my local safe kids coalition.
I would give it to my mom. She loves taking the grandkids on rides, unfortunately she can’t take them all at the same time because she doesn’t have enough car seats so this would be great for her!
This item I could use for my own children (instead of my daycare kids to which all prior items would benefit them lol)…I have a 3 yr old and 5 yr old both of which will be growing into this seat shortly. My 5 yr old is a peanut and still harnessed but keeps begging for a big boy seat. We are hoping he hits the requirements here shortly so he would be so excited to have a new seat to graduate into. The other seat I would donate to my sister in law for my almost 5 yr old nephew. She is a single mom struggling financially so this would really help her.
As always, even if I am not choosen. This is a great give away. So many deserving families out there.
My sister and brother in law had their only vehicle totaled over thanksgiving and then the day they came back from the holidays my brother in law lost his job. They were already scrimping and saving but now it’s devastating. This would make their Christmas season bright for their daughter Marie. Thanks & merry Christmas!
If I won, I would hand deliver this to our local fire department/police station/cps & ask them if they know of a family who could use it.
In addition, we could use this booster seat for our extra vehicle or my parents’ car. Our kids are always on the go with other people & either one of them could ride in it.
i would give one to my sister she could use one with all the unexpected expenses she has been having lately
I would give one to our family friend. They have been struggling to make ends meet and their little girl is growing fast! Will be in this car seat very soon!
I would like to nominate my daughter who is pregnant with her first baby and is a very caring mother to her full-time bonus son. Anyone can give birth, but it takes a special person to be a mother <3
I would give the other one to my daughter’s godmother for her 3 1/2 year old. She has been incredibly generous and I would love to return the favor.
I’d give this one to my friend who is having their second and the first will be ready to move into a booster seat soon! This would be a blessing for them I know–he’s starting up his own company. Thanks for all the giveaways!
I would give both to my daughter, she has a 5 year old in a booster now and twins that are growing out of their 5 points at a rapid pace. Between her car and her husbands and mine and the baby sitters it is a bear trying to move car seats around all the time. She works 3 jobs right now so we are constantly playing the shuffle game.
I would give one to my brother and his wife. She recently started having seizures and can’t work, so times are really tough for them right now. They have an almost 3 year old, so this would really help them out! Thank you Graco!
I would donate it to a Womens and Pregnancy Shelter…..they take in a lot of single moms with kids of all ages, so I am very positive they could place it with someone that really needs it!
Well i really need one as i currently have a two and half year old and twin 15 month olds and we have spent a fortune on car seats. Due to childcare cost I cannot return to work so it has made things financially very difficult. If i could win this one then Noah could go in that and my daughter could go in Noah’s old one and I would give the other one to my sister in law who also has a two and half year old and a 13 month old daughter and she will need one soon too! Soon we will need three like this one! As a say a fortune! Please Graco, I would really really appreciate this! x
I would donate one to my daycare provider. I really appreciate how she tries to get the kids out and take them to education places. I know she could use a new booster in order to continue her adventures with the kids!
I would donate it to my friend/cousin who had twin boys at the end of September. They were nearly two months premature and had to spend nearly two months in the NICU at a hospital 5 hours from her home. Because of this she stayed in the city to be near her newborn baby boys and just recently brought them home. Money is tight for her and her family due to the early arrival of the babies, economic downturn and expenses to stay in the city. This would be one thing that could help her. The other one I would utilize for our daughter who is 7 and has some medical issues (Hemiplegia caused by stroke) and a new car seat is something that is needed as she is in a hand-me-down booster.
My sister could really use this, she’s raising her grandson and money is ultra-tight. She’s always doing what she can for others, this would be a tremendous blessing to her!
I would send one to my sister. She has three kids and her husband is in college.
I would give one to my best friend Holly, who sure needs this!! I would keep the other for myself.. for when my little angel grows into it
)
I would give one to my best friend. We’re both pregnant with #2 and could really use a booster seat to move our older ones into!
Im a carseat technician and we can always use more Boosters for our clinics! Id love to win this to donate the seats to a parent in need at our clinics!!
this is wonderful, MUST ministries is a charity that always helps families in need!! thats who would get the donation and then i would give mine to my friend who has fallen on hard times.
Well heres to good chance…I have this mom friend from church…she is kinda my mentor because we are both 20 somethings with 3 kids (hers are a couple years older than mine) Recently(as in last october) the house they were renting at, the original owners went to foreclosure and gave them no notice so they were evicted by the city or bank im not sure…so they had to use their christmas moneys to put down payment on another property. Also her van just had the electrical system redone, kind of jerry rigged because of their super tight budget. I know both her bigger kids need to move up to boosters just like my one…but neither of us can do that…so I wish me n her good luck, hopefully we can get the booster seat. I know that would shine a little light during dark days.
My friend is on bed rest for the next three months of her pregancy and can’t work. She already has a little one who could use this booster. I would give her one and I would give the other to my daughter. She has a month old baby who will need this soon enough.
My sister in law so maybe she would abide by the Texas laws!
I would love to give one to each of my two daughters, who are both expecting their next children; one in February, and one in May; and do not have any way to get new boosters for their older children so they can make sure the new ones can use the old car seats (which are quite old and in need of replacing very soon as well). Neither one of my daughters, their husbands, nor I can afford to get new booster seats {which are badly needed} for their other children. This would be a tremendous blessing if they could get these booster seats. Thank you for your time.
I have a young friend raising her son by herself, and help her out with my little guy’s used clothing, etc. His dad abandoned her, she works, but it’s a struggle for her and she could really use this.
Me and my hubby are in desperate need for booster seats! One for me and one for him woudl be such a blessing!
THis year, i would give one to my grandaughter and one to the church in town.
I would give one to my church. They have a food/clothes closet that they use to help people in need. They are always needing baby items for the closet. It would be wonderful to see a deserving family get this!
I would give it to my daughter who will be in a booster soon.
I would definately give it to http://www.babycorner.org/ My family and friends have donated/volunteered with this organizastion many times and they give children who are less fortunate items they “need” to be safe and healthy. Amazing organization!
I would like to donate a TurboBooster to my SIL and BIL who are expecting their first child in a few months. They’ve had pregnancy complications and previous losses, which has put them in a financial struggle.
The first one I would keep as I need a booster seat, the second I would donate to my sons prescchool for use when they have field trips or to give to a family in need
I tweeted about it http://twitter.com/meadowsgrove/status/15870150792183808
I would give them to my former students.
I would give one of them to my sister who is a single mother of three and unemployed and needs one desperately for my niece, whom I constantly worry about while they are in the car lord forbid they get pulled over and get a ticket or worse get in a wreck & my niece gets seriously injured.
My mom would get this for one of my younger siblings who is still in a booster!
I would donate one to my sister-in-law, who just found out she is pregnant with her 3rd, so like me she will have 3 under 4! They have had a really tough year and are losing their house and had to file bankrupcy, they are really in a bad way, this would really help bring more positive into their household. Graco, you are a great company for doing this, this is one of the reason we buy you, b/c you give back! Thanks again, regardless.
I would donate one to our local Battered Person’s Advocacy Center because many times the moms leave with only the clothes on their back. I try to donate items to their office whenever I can.
Thanks for running this program again this year!
My sister and I are both pregnant, and her first is just seven months old! So I’d give this to Mom (grandma), who will soon need a booster in addition to the car seat just because she helps us out so much!!

I would share one with my Mom. She is always watching one of her 11 grandkids & having her own carseat would make it that much easier for her.
I’d like to nominate my best friend who just had a new baby. As both her and her husband are full-time students, their baby budget is extremely tight. I’d really love to brighten her day with this great product from Graco. Thanks for the chance to win!
I would love to donate this to a high school in Cathedral City, Ca, called Mt. San Jacinto, Eperanza Program. It is a high school that has a program for teen mothers and mothers to be so that they can finish high school and bring their babies with them. They take turns taking care of the babies in the nursery while the other mothers go to classes. While caring for the babies, they learn parenting skills and how to care for a baby. It is an excellent program that not only teaches teen mothers to responsibly care for their babies, but gives them the help they need to graduate high school and become a productive member of society, which helps their future, as well as their babies future! Thank you for the oppertunity to win this!
