Every once and a while you meet someone that has a tendency to make even the little things more fun. Our friend and blog contributer, Kate is definitely that type of person. From Pinterest Potlucks to Halloween flash-mobs, she was always the one dragging all of us into doing things (sometimes unwillingly I have to admit), but looking back they are some of my most favorite memories here at Graco. Her posts were genuine and interesting and informative. I’m sure you can probably tell by now that Kate has decided to leave her family at Graco in order to move her and her little Gracie closer to her real family. But before leaving, she hosted a wonderfully fun and easy Pinterest Potluck for a small group of us gals.
The project came from the blog How about Orange and gives you step by step break-down of how to create fabric-covered tacks and magnets. This craft was super easy and would be great to do with kids – with parent supervision. Kate supplied us with a large bag of small scraps of fabric & half of the fun was searching through the bag for the perfect swatch. Go to How about Orange to get the skinny on how to complete the craft.
Kate - I’m sure all of us on the Social Media team would agree…our meetings and our blog will not be the same without your creative and loving input. You will be missed and we wish you all the best. xo
