You just have to know this about me: I am a closet house wife and I am not even married yet! I LOVE cooking- I cook sometimes during the week, but on the weekends I go crazy. I love trying new recipes or even making up my own! I also clip coupons- usually while I watch the Food Network on Saturday mornings. I cannot wait to buy a house so I can expand my household hobbies to include gardening, interior decorating and dinner parties!

This book/movie/TV show best represents my life: Who’s Wedding is it Anyway? I am newly engaged and my mom (who in my opinion is the most amazing woman in the world) is driving me a little crazy about wedding plans. I am her only kid. Who can blame her?!?!

If I had my 15 minutes of fame it would be for: Being Regis Philbin’s co-host. “LIVE with Regis and Erin” Sounds good to me!

If someone said “Go to your Happy Place,” where would you go?: Curled up in front of the fireplace with a juicy magazine while watching E!

The first thing I think of when I wake up is: What am I going to wear today? Do I have to do my hair or is it salvageable from yesterday? (I swear I am not a dirtball, just not a morning person at all)
